OmniKit is designed to solve everyday tasks with as little data collection as possible. This page explains what stays on your device, what reaches our servers, and how analytics and advertising choices are handled.
Most inputs stay in browser memory.
Core tools work without registration.

Files and tool data
Image, text, date, conversion, QR, PDF, OCR, stitching, developer, audio, device-test, and screen-recording tools process their inputs locally in your browser. Camera and microphone access begins only after you grant permission; live previews, audio recordings, edited audio, test samples, and screen recordings are not uploaded to OmniKit. Third-party video link analysis and downloading have been retired. Screen recordings and local video frame extraction stay on your device.
Tool requests and feedback
When you submit a tool request, we store the message, request type, page source, language, approximate country, technical browser information, and an optional email address. We also store a one-way hash derived from the network address to limit spam. We use this information only to review, prioritize, and respond to product feedback.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics runs only after you accept usage analytics; declining does not affect the core tools. You can reopen Analytics settings at any time. Cloudflare hosts this site; its basic performance measurement and hosting logs may process page visits, browser, network address, and performance information, but not the files or content entered into tools. AdSense advertising scripts are disabled during the current review period. Before enabling ads, we will update this notice and provide advertising privacy and consent choices where required.
Retention, your choices, and contact
Product feedback is retained while useful for resolving issues and product planning. To request correction or deletion, use Contact and include the reference number and a reply email. Your analytics choice, recently used tools, and favorites are stored in this browser. Invoice and quote drafts are stored locally when you save them; clearing site data removes those records. Previewing a remote image in an email signature sends a request to the image address you enter, so that image host can receive your network address and request information.
Private by default, optional measurement by choice
Most OmniKit tools keep files and content on your device. Optional Google Analytics requires your consent. Cloudflare provides hosting and basic performance measurement; submitted feedback is stored for review.
You can use the core toolkit without an account and without accepting analytics or advertising cookies.
